trip to the Taman Bunga
i’ve only dabbled in photography for a short period of time. it’s sort of a hobby of which i wanted to pick up for a long time now. i’ve still got plenty to learn, techniques, creating my own flair or style and what not. anyway, here’s some shots taken and the flower park in KL over the weekend. i’m not fantastically amused by it, but hey, its my work after all. plus, i still have no idea how to fully utilize the camera to my advantage.

My fav is the 3rd pic. oh wait, the last, oh.. the second. this time confirm, the 4th.. I think its safe to say, boy, you sure have talent.
My 7 year old SLR leica is still in the bag and needs to be clean. Problem, I have to buy film.

since you suddenly asked me (i assume you did when you msg me the link) to have a look at your blog today, i assume you wanted to show me the pictures? anyway, they’re really nice pictures. ok, very GOOD pictures. but they’re.. uhm, boring? i just meant they look ‘frozen’ and not ‘captured’. but that’s just me =) what do i know about photography, rite. i’m analytical, not artistic. haha. so please don’t kill me =D

okay, i rephrase. what i meant was that, it looked like you set those objects up for a photography session instead of just “capturing the moment” - which is what i think photography is all about =) but that’s just my two cents and nobody has to agree or even take note of it.
and i repeat, they are very good pictures =)

terence.. thats probably true… for 2 reasons
1. I suck at taking pictures.
